Follow the lead of other conversion authors and the general layouts found in the Savage Worlds and Savage Tales books. Some people a bit more creative than me add pictures.  Some of us have just bits of notes.  Both can tremendously help the SW gaming community.

Savageheroes.com can host your conversion in pdf, rtf, and html, but would prefer to link to your conversion website.  You'll be able to control your updates and add additional material easier that way.
